Hexagon got updated software and libraries.

IMPORTANT: several modules have (and will in future) change nameing from:

xt-MODULENAME or MODULENAME

to:

cray-MODULENAME

e.g. :

netcdf -> cray-netcdf
hdf5 -> cray-hdf5
xt-lgdb -> cray-lgdb
